A name field for contacts will be added to the system in the next week. Our expectation is to use the email address of a new contact to find the user. If the email address is a regeistered Task101 user, we will then show the name that they have set for their profile. Ultimately we will also be adding a field that will allow you to specify a friendly name for the contact. We hope this helps!
